Power down. Pack out. Hand back the keys.
Decommissioning a production environment is a high-stakes project. One missed cable, one mishandled drive, one delayed pickup — and the timeline (and risk) compounds. TRG runs the whole engagement so your team can stay focused on what comes next.
From a partial cage to a full facility shutdown.
We've decommissioned colocation deployments, on-prem corporate data centers, telecom central offices, and hyperscale white space. The methodology is the same: scope it precisely, execute it on schedule, document everything.

Six phases. One project manager. Zero surprises.
- Phase 01
Site Survey
Walk-through, scope confirmation, hazard review, photo documentation. Free of charge.
- Phase 02
SOW & Schedule
Detailed statement of work, dependency map, change-window calendar aligned to your team.
- Phase 03
Asset Audit
Pre-disconnect serial capture, photo, and manifest — your authoritative record of what was in the room.
- Phase 04
De-installation
Power-down sequencing, fiber harvest, cable mining, rack disassembly with proper PPE and lift gear.
- Phase 05
Sanitization
On-site drive removal, NIST 800-88 wipe or witnessed shred. Serialized certificates issued same-day.
- Phase 06
Transport & Closeout
GPS-tracked freight to our facility, broom-clean walk-through, final reporting & settlement statement.

Locked trailers. GPS routes. Insured end-to-end.
Once equipment leaves your dock, it's tracked the entire way to our Scottsdale intake floor — where every asset is rescanned against your departure manifest before it moves to test, wipe, remarket, or recycle.
